´It was narrated from Abu Salamah that :` Abu Hurairah said to a man "O son of my brother, when I narrate a Hadith of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), to you, then do not try to make any examples for it."

Commentary:

From this, the practice of the noble Companions (radi Allahu anhum) becomes evident: as soon as they heard a hadith, they would act upon it and would not engage in questioning or disputation.
(2)
Abu Hurairah (radi Allahu anhu) declared the conduct of that person to be incorrect who, after hearing the hadith, attempted to object to it through intellectual sophistry, and he admonished such behavior.
