´It was narrated that Jabir bin' Abdullah said:` "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) bought a load of fodder from a Bedouin man. When the transaction was concluded, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'Choose (either to go ahead or to cancel the transaction).' Brief Explanation
1؎: In such a situation, when both parties to the sale mutually agree (to conclude the transaction), then the option of the session (khiyar majlis) no longer remains, as has been mentioned in the preceding hadith.
Explanation & Benefits
Maulana Ataullah Sajid
Benefits and Issues:

By ḥiml (bundle or load) is meant the amount of something that a person can carry at one time on his head or back.

By khabaṭ is meant the leaves of trees that are shaken down with a stick or similar object. These are used as fodder for animals.

It is permissible to buy and sell a pile or bundle of something without measuring or weighing it, because its weight or quantity can be estimated by sight.

The right of khiyār al-majlis (the option of cancellation while both parties are still in the meeting) is available to the seller just as it is to the buyer.

Advising someone in a way that benefits him is included in the goodwill of a Muslim, especially when he is unaware of the ruling.

Making supplication (du‘a) for the benefactor is a moral obligation.

According to some researchers, this narration is ḥasan (good). See: (Ṣaḥīḥ Sunan Ibn Mājah by al-Albani, no. 1791, and Sunan Ibn Mājah with the verification of Muhammad Mahmood Hasan Nassar, no. 2184)
