Commentary:
(1)
Those of the Qur’an—that is, those who recite the Qur’an, memorize it, acquire its understanding through the ahadith of the Messenger (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam), act upon it, and convey it to others—all of these are included among the people of the Qur’an.

(2)
Those who maintain a connection with the Qur’an are Allah’s special servants and His close ones; therefore, on the Day of Judgment and in Paradise, there will also be special rewards for them. And this is a tremendous honor, that Allah has attributed them to Himself.
