Hadith 2143

´It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:` The one who has the most concerns is the believer who is concerned about both his worldly affairs and his Hereafter."' (Da'if)Abu 'Abdullah said: "This Hadith is Gharib' Isma'il, alone, has narrated it."

Brief Explanation
1؎: An irreligious person has no concern or interest in the Hereafter; he is only worried about the world. And the one who is a weak Muslim is anxious about both, because he does not have complete trust and reliance upon Allah Ta'ala. But the one who is a firm Muslim is concerned only about the Hereafter, and does not worry much about the world. Allah Ta'ala is the Provider (Razzaq) and the Cause of causes (Musabbib al-Asbab); as long as there is life, He will certainly provide food and drink from somewhere.

Benefit:
This narration is weak; however, it is correct that a believer is most concerned about matters of the Hereafter and gives them the greatest importance.
If he has a lack of worldly means, he does worry about it, but a disbeliever only cares about the world because he does not believe in the Hereafter. Meanwhile, a believer with weak faith remains anxious about worldly matters as well, and he also fears missing out on the Hereafter or falling behind in good deeds.
In this way, he carries two kinds of worries with him.
