´It was narrated from Abdullah bin Buraidah that his father told that :` the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Whoever says: 'I have nothing to do with Islam,' if he is lying then he is as he said, and if he is telling the truth, his Islam will not be sound."

Explanation & Benefits
Maulana Ataullah Sajid
Benefits and Issues:

Swearing an oath in this manner is strictly prohibited.

Such statements reflect a lack of respect for Islam, whereas in the eyes of a true Muslim, nothing is more valuable than Islam—for which he can even sacrifice his life.
Therefore, if someone values Islam so little that he utters words of leaving Islam over trivial matters, then how insignificant and worthless must that person’s Islam be.

Imam Khattabi (rahimahullah) states that there is no expiation (kaffarah) for such an oath; rather, its reproach is considered to be the loss in his religion.

Hafiz Muhammad Ameen
“He will not return.” That is, due to uttering these words, he will be sinful and there will be a deficiency in his faith (iman), because these are extremely reprehensible words. It is as if he has considered Islam to be something insignificant. Even if he is truthful, there is no allowance for such heedlessness.

Benefits and Issues:
Islam is the religion of Allah and the greatest blessing for His servants.
Therefore, it is neither permissible nor lawful to utter words implying any kind of evil about it, whether truthfully or falsely.
If someone were to say such a thing truthfully, even then he would be committing a grave sin.
Allamah Khattabi rahimahullah states:
There is no financial expiation (kafarah) for such an oath.
Its reproach has been considered as a loss to his religion.
