حَدَّثَنَا جُبَارَةُ بْنُ الْمُغَلِّسِ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّهْشَلِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي مُوسَى ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَا تُنْكَحُ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا ، وَلَا عَلَى خَالَتِهَا " .
´Abu Bakr bin Abu Musa narrated that his father said:` “The Messenger of Allah said: “A man should not be married to a woman and her paternal aunt or maternal aunt at the same time.”

Benefit:
After the death or divorce of a wife, it is permissible to marry her maternal aunt or her niece, or her paternal aunt or her niece.
Similarly, two sisters cannot be married to one man at the same time.
After the death or divorce of one, it is permissible to marry the other. ()
