´It was narrated that Ibn'Abbas said:` 'Aisha arranged a marriage for a female relative of hers among the Ansar. The Messenger of Allah came and said: Have you taken the girl (to her husbands house)?” They said: “Yes.” He said: “Have you sent someone with her to sing?” She said: “No.” The Messenger of Allah said: “The Ansar are People with romantic feelings. Why don't you send someone with her to say: 'We have come to you, we have come to you, may Allah bless you and us?'”

Brief Explanation
1؎: In another narration, it is mentioned that when the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam departed from Makkah and arrived in Madinah, the young girls of the Ansar came out onto the roads singing and playing, and in joy at your sallallahu alayhi wa sallam arrival, they said: «طَلَعَ الْبَدْرُ عَلَيْنَا مٍنْ ثَنِيَّاتِ الْوَدَاعِ وَجَبَ الشُّكْرُ عَلَيْنَا مَا دَعَا للهِ دَاع». The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said: "Allah Ta'ala loves you." The reality is that «الأعمال بالنیات», these girls had no other purpose in singing except that they were expressing their happiness at the arrival of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, and these girls were not professional singers but rather young and prepubescent, and in happiness at your sallallahu alayhi wa sallam arrival, they began to sing and play in a simple manner. This is permissible, and there is no doubt regarding its permissibility. Ibn al-Qayyim writes in Zad al-Ma'ad that this incident of the girls' reception occurred upon the return from the Battle of Tabuk.

Benefit:
Regarding the aforementioned narration, our esteemed researcher writes that this narration is weak in its chain of transmission (sanadan da‘eef), but its origin is found in Sahih al-Bukhari. Most likely for this reason, other scholars have declared it to be hasan (good) on the basis of supporting narrations (shawahid).
