´It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that:` Mughirah bin Shubah wanted to marry a woman. The Prophet (ﷺ) said to him: “Go and look at her, for that is more likely to create love between you.” So he did that, and married her, and mentioned how well he got along with her.

Benefits and Issues:

There is great blessing in acting upon the command of the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam).
By looking at each other within permissible limits before marriage, an inclination towards one another develops, which results in harmony between the spouses after marriage.
The permission is only for taking a single look.
Meeting each other in seclusion, engaging in lengthy conversations, or going out together for outings—these actions are all in clear contradiction to the religion.
This hadith does not provide justification for such actions.
