حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ شَيْبَةَ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبَّادِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ ، قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، وَأَنَا أَطُوفُ بِالْبَيْتِ ، أَنَهَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ صِيَامِ يَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ ؟ ، قَالَ : " نَعَمْ ، وَرَبِّ هَذَا الْبَيْتِ " .
´It was narrated that Muhammad bin ‘Abbad bin Ja’far said:` “While I was circumambulating the House, I asked Jabir bin ‘Abdullah: ‘Did the Prophet (ﷺ) forbid fasting on a Friday?’ He said: ‘Yes, by the Lord of this House.’”

Benefits and Issues:

It is permissible to converse during the circumambulation (tawaf) of the Ka'bah.
However, it is preferable to avoid unnecessary conversation and to remain engaged in supplication (du'a) and remembrance (dhikr).

It is forbidden (haram) to swear by the creation of Allah.
But if Allah is mentioned along with one of His attributes, then there is no harm.
Therefore, instead of swearing by the Ka'bah, one should swear by the Lord of the Ka'bah.

It is permissible to take an oath to emphasize a statement.
However, taking oaths excessively without necessity is not good, and a false oath is a very great sin.
