بَابُ : مَا جَاءَ فِيمَنْ أُصِيبَ بِسِقْطٍChapter: What was narrated concerning one who suffers from a miscarriage
Hadith 1609

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ هَاشِمِ بْنِ مَرْزُوقٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبِيدَةُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ الْحَضْرَمِيِّ ، عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ إِنَّ السِّقْطَ لَيَجُرُّ أُمَّهُ بِسَرَرِهِ إِلَى الْجَنَّةِ إِذَا احْتَسَبَتْهُ " .
´It was narrated from Mu’adh bin Jabal that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:` “By the One in Whose Hand is my soul! The miscarried fetus will drag his mother by his umbilical cord to Paradise, if she (was patient and) sought reward (for her loss).”

Benefit:
On the Day of Resurrection, only that person will be able to intercede whom Allah, the Exalted, will permit. And he will intercede only for the one for whom he is granted permission to intercede. The child who will pull his mother into Paradise will do so by Allah’s grace and with His permission. That is, a woman who remains patient at the death of such a child will enter Paradise. According to some scholars, this narration is authentic.
