´It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:` ‘Whoever visits a sick person, a caller calls from heaven: ‘May you be happy, may your walking be blessed, and may you occupy a dignified position in Paradise.’”

This is glad tidings from the angels for the one who visits the sick.
And it is also possible that this is a supplication; in that case, the translation would be as follows:
So may you remain pure (may your life be spent with righteous deeds and good character),
may your walking also be pure (in the Hereafter, may you reach Paradise),
and may you be granted a home in Paradise.

Explanation: 1:
The meaning is that if a person visits his religious brother who is ill, or meets with any religious brother for the sake of earning reward, then such a person will be deserving of the reward mentioned in this hadith.
