Benefits and Issues:
➊
The mentioned narration has been declared weak in its chain of transmission by our esteemed researcher.
However, Shaykh al-Albani rahimahullah has declared it authentic.
For details, see: (al-Ta'liq al-Raghib: 2/215, and Sifat al-Salat)
Just as a beautiful voice is an adornment for recitation,
in the same way, this quality also enhances the beauty of recitation:
that from the manner of the reciter, it is felt that he is being affected by the Qur'an,
and that the fear of Allah is present in his heart.
➋
This objective can be achieved when the reciter also understands the meanings and implications of the Qur'an.
Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to learning the translation and exegesis (tafsir) of the Noble Qur'an and to acting upon it.
