Benefits and Issues:
➊ The Haram refers to that area in which hunting animals, cutting trees, and uprooting grass are prohibited. Apart from this, the rest of the land is halal, meaning these restrictions do not apply there.
➋ Although hunting animals is prohibited within the boundaries of the Haram, harmful animals may still be killed there.
➌ As a human being, the Noble Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) also experienced those hardships that befall other humans, such as falling ill, being wounded, feeling hunger and thirst, experiencing grief and happiness, forgetting, etc. In all these circumstances, the sayings and actions of the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) are a model for us.
➍ It is permissible to use the word "curse" (la'nat) for an evil and criminal person in relation to his crime and sin. For example, the Noble Qur'an has used it for the one who lies, and in hadith, it is used for those who make the graves of prophets and saints into places of prostration, for those who slaughter animals for other than Allah, for those who curse their parents, for those who commit unnatural acts with their wives, and for perpetrators of various other crimes.
