1؎: The hadith scholars have acted upon this, and just as in the dawn (Fajr) prayer, it is also permissible in Witr that one may recite the Qunoot either before the bowing (ruku‘) or after it. However, the narrations regarding reciting it after the bowing are stronger and more authentic.
