➊ The researcher of this book has declared the mentioned narration as weak in its chain of transmission, and has further written that some parts of this hadith have supporting evidence in Sahih Muslim and other collections. However, in the research of Jami‘ at-Tirmidhi and Sunan Ibn Majah, this same narration has been graded as hasan, from which it is understood that here the researcher of the book has made an oversight, and Allah knows best. In addition, other scholars have declared it authentic. The scholar of the era, Shaykh al-Albani rahimahullah, has also graded it as hasan. Therefore, in light of the evidences, this narration, despite being weak in its chain, is still actionable. ➋ It is recommended (mustahabb) to recite both of these surahs in the Sunnah prayers of Maghrib and Fajr.
