Hadith 1130

´It was narrated that when ‘Abdullah bin ‘Umar had prayed Friday, he went and prayed two Rak’ah in his house. Then he said:` “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to do that.”

1127. Commentary:
➊ After the obligatory prayers, one should not perform voluntary (nafl) prayers immediately at the same place; rather, one should change location, or create an interval through conversation with someone or by engaging in remembrance (adhkar).
➋ After Jumu‘ah, it is Sunnah to go home and perform two rak‘ahs.
➌ It is the responsibility of the scholars to fulfill the duty of enjoining good and forbidding evil (amr bil-ma‘ruf wa nahi ‘anil-munkar) with courage. However, for this great objective, it is necessary that before exhorting others, one proves oneself worthy of it—that is, one should align one’s own character, conduct, and actions with the purified Sunnah.
