Hadith 1128

حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجَهْضَمِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا نُوحُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ ، عَنْ أَخِيهِ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدَبٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " مَنْ تَرَكَ الْجُمُعَةَ مُتَعَمِّدًا ، فَلْيَتَصَدَّقْ بِدِينَارٍ ، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ فَبِنِصْفِ دِينَارٍ " .
´It was narrated from Samurah bin Jundab that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:` “Whoever abandons Friday deliberately, let him give a Dinar in charity, and if he cannot afford that, then (let him give) half a Dinar.”
