Hadith 1051

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ كَثِيرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ كَيْسَانَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " يُصَلِّي الظُّهْرَ وَالْعَصْرَ فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ مُتَلَبِّبًا بِهِ " .
´Ibn Kaisan narrated that his father said:` “I saw the Prophet (ﷺ) performing the Zuhr and the ‘Asr in a single garment, wrapping it around his chest.”

Benefit:
Regarding the aforementioned two narrations, our esteemed researcher writes that both of these narrations are weak in their chains of transmission. However, the preceding hadith 1049 suffices in their place. Most likely for this reason, Shaykh al-Albani rahimahullah has declared both of these narrations to be hasan. See: (Sahih Ibn Majah, Hadith: 870, 869)
