تُبْلَى وَيُخْلِفُ اللَٰهُ تَعَالىٰ
Tublī wa yukhliful-lāhu ta`ālā.
May Allah replace it when it is worn out.

Ilbas jadīdan, wa `ish ḥamīdan, wa mut shahīdan.
