Hadith 3
اُردوEn
يَقُولُ اللَٰهُ تَعَالىٰ: «أَنَا عِنْدَ ظَنِّ عَبْدِي بِي، وَأَنَا مَعَهُ إِذَا ذَكَرَنِي، فَإِنْ ذَكَرَنِي فِي نَفْسِهِ ذَكَرْتُهُ فِي نَفْسِي، وَإِنْ ذَكَرَنِي فِي مَلَإٍ ذَكَرْتُهُ فِي مَلَإٍ خَيْرٍ مِنْهُمْ، وَإِنْ تَقَرَّبَ إِلَيَّ بِشِبْرٍ تَقَرَّبْتُ إِلَيْهِ ذِرَاعًا، وَإِنْ تَقَرَّبَ إِلَيَّ ذِرَاعًا تَقَرَّبْتُ إِلَيْهِ بَاعًا، وَإِنْ أَتَانِي يَمْشِي أَتَيْتُهُ هَرْوَلَةً
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Allah Almighty says: “I am as My servant thinks of Me. When he remembers Me, I am with him. If he remembers Me in his heart, I remember him in My heart. If he remembers Me in a gathering, I remember him in a gathering better than it. If he draws near to Me by a handspan, I draw near to him by an arm’s length. If he draws near to Me by an arm’s length, I draw near to him by two arm’s lengths. If he comes to Me walking, I come to him running.” [صحيح بخاري:7405، واللفظ لهو عنده ”شبرًا إلي“ صحيح مسلم:2675]
