Upon completing the ablution
Hadith 23
اللَٰهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِي مِنَ التَّوَّابِينَ، وَاجْعَلْنِي مِنَ المُتَطَهِّرِينَ
Allāhummaj`alnī minat-tawwābīna waj`alnī minal-mutaṭahhirīn. ¤---------------------------------¤ O Allah, make me among those who turn to You in repentance, and make me among those who are purified.
