Hadith 960

وعن جابر رضي الله عنه قال : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم : « لا يبيتن رجل عند امرأة إلا أن يكون ناكحا أو ذا محرم ». رواه مسلم.
Narrated Jabir (RA): Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: "A man must not spend the night in the house of woman unless he is her husband or a Mahram." [Reported by Muslim].

According to this hadith, it is forbidden to be alone in seclusion with a non-mahram woman.
There is no harm in being with a mahram.
A mahram is one with whom marriage is not permissible or valid under any circumstance or at any time.
