Hadith 805
عن ابن عباس قال : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم : « ألحقوا الفرائض بأهلها فما بقي فهو لأولى رجل ذكر ».متفق عليه.
Narrated Ibn 'Abbas (RA): Allah's Messenger (ﷺ), "Give the prescribed shares to those who are entitled to them, and what remains goes to the nearest male relative (of the deceased)." [Agreed upon].
