The aforementioned narration is found in detail in Ibn Hibban, which is weak in its chain of transmission, as our esteemed researcher has also indicated. However, some parts of this hadith have supporting evidences (shawahid) in other hadith collections, which the scholars have declared authentic. Among these is the portion mentioned in the present narrations, which the scholars have deemed authentic, making the opinion of the hadith’s authenticity closer to what is correct.

Therefore, despite the aforementioned narration being weak in its chain, due to other supporting evidences and corroborations, it is actionable and can be used as proof.

And Allah knows best.
