Takhrij:
«أخرجه البزار، كشف الأستار:2 /87.* صالح بن أبي الأخضر ضعيف وفيه علة أخري.»©Explanation:
The aforementioned narration has been declared weak in its chain of transmission (sanadan da'if) by our esteemed researcher and other scholars. However, other ahadith of similar meaning have prohibited both types of buying and selling mentioned in this hadith. Furthermore, another reason for the prohibition and unlawfulness (haram) of both types of transactions mentioned in the hadith is that this is a sale involving ignorance (bay' majhool) and deception.
Therefore, despite the aforementioned narration being weak in its chain, it is actionable and authoritative (qabil-e-amal wa qabil-e-hujjah) in light of other narrations of similar meaning.
And Allah knows best.
