Hadith 654
وعن ميمونة زوج النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم أن فأرة وقعت في سمن ، فماتت فيه ، فسئل النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم عنها ، فقال: « ألقوها وما حولها وكلوه» رواه البخاري ، وزاد أحمد والنسائي: في سمن جامد.
Narrated Maimuna (RA), the wife of the Prophet (ﷺ): A mouse fell into some ghee and died. The Prophet (ﷺ) was asked about it and he replied, "Throw it - and what is surrounding (touching) it - away and eat it (that which remained untouched)." [Reported by al-Bukhari]. Ahmad and an-Nasa'i added: "into a solid ghee."
