Hadith 508
عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه عن النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قال : «سبعة يظلهم الله في ظله يوم لا ظل إلا ظله » فذكر الحديث وفيه: « ورجل تصدق بصدقة فأخفاها حتى لا تعلم شماله ما تنفق يمينه ». متفق عليه.
Abu Hurairah (RAA) narrated that The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Seven people will be shaded by Allah under His shade on the day when there will be no shade except His ....” He mentioned the rest of the hadith, which says, “and a man who gives charity so secretly that his left hand does not know what his right hand has given.” (i.e. nobody knows how much he has given in charity). Agreed upon.
