Narrated Abu Burdah (RA) from his father's: I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) say, "That time is between the time when the Imam sits down and the end of the prayer." [Reported by Muslim. ad-Daraqutni held that the stronger view is that it is the saying of Abu Burdah]. Ibn Majah reported from 'Abdullah bin Salam. and Abu Dawud and an-Nasa'i reported from Jabir: "It is between the 'Asr prayer and sunset." More than forty different sayings were narrated about this (special fortune time on Friday), and I have detailed them in (my book) 'Sharh al-Bukhari'.

´It was narrated that ‘Abdullah bin Salam said:` “I said, when the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was sitting: ‘We find in the Book of Allah that on Friday there is an hour when no believing slave performs prayer and asks Allah for anything at that time, but Allah will fulfill his need.’” ‘Abdullah said: “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) pointed to me, saying: ‘Or some part of an hour.’ I said: ‘you are right, or some part of an hour.’ I said: ‘What time is that?’ He said: ‘It is the last hours of the day.’ I said: ‘It is not the time of the prayer?’ He said: ‘Yes (it is so), when a believing slave performs prayer and then sits with nothing but the prayer keeping him, he is still in a state of prayer.’”

Benefits and Issues:
➊ From this hadith, it is understood that the last part of Friday is also a time when supplications are accepted.
➋ By "hour" (ghari), no specific amount of time measured by the clock is intended. Rather, it refers to a certain period of time. The mention of less than an hour or a part of an hour indicates that this time is very brief.
➌ Remaining seated in the mosque after prayer is a highly meritorious act. Provided that the time is spent in remembrance (dhikr), recitation, etc., and not wasted in idle talk.
