Explanation:
This hadith also establishes that during the era of the Messenger (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam), the Friday prayer (Jumu‘ah) used to be performed early. The noble Companions (radi Allahu anhum) would return home after the Friday prayer, eat their midday meal, and then take their midday rest (qaylulah).

© Hadith Narrator:
«حضرت سہل بن سعد رضی اللہ عنہ » His kunyah is Abu’l-‘Abbas. He was a Khazraji Sa‘idi Ansari. His given name was Huzn. After embracing Islam, the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) changed his name to Sahl. From this, it is understood that if a name is not good, it should be changed. When the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) passed away, Sahl (radi Allahu anhu) was fifteen years old. He lived to nearly one hundred years of age and passed away in Madinah in the year 91 AH. It is said that he was the last of the Companions (radi Allahu anhum) to pass away in Madinah al-Munawwarah. Approximately one hundred hadith are narrated from him.
