وعنه : أن النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم سجد بالنجم . رواه البخاري
Narrated [Ibn 'Abbas (RA)]: The Prophet (ﷺ) prostrated in Surat an-Najm (Chapter 53). [Reported by al-Bukhari].

This hadith proves that the prostration (sajdah) in Surah An-Najm during prayer is legislated (mashru‘). Those who do not accept the prostration of recitation (sajdat at-tilawah) in the mufassal surahs should reflect on this.
