Narrated Jabir bin Samurah (RA): I prayed with the Prophet (ﷺ) the two 'Eids, not only once or twice, without an Adhan or an Iqamah. [Reported by Muslim]. A similar narration is in al-Bukhari and Muslim narrated by 'Abdullah bin 'Abbas (RA) and others.

Benefit:
This hadith proves that during the era of the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam), the Eid prayers were performed in congregation. However, neither the call to prayer (adhan) nor the commencement call (iqamah) was given for them. The practice of the Ummah is also in accordance with this.
