وعن عياض بن حمار رضي الله عنه قال : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم : « إن الله أوحى إلي أن تواضعوا حتى لا يبغي أحد على أحد ولا يفخر أحد على أحد» أخرجه مسلم.
’Iyad bin Himar (RAA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Allah, the Most High has revealed to me that you (people) should be humble, so that no one transgresses another, or boasts to the other.” Related by Muslim.

➊ This hadith contains an exhortation and encouragement to adopt humility and modesty.
Despite having a high rank and lofty status, for a person not to consider himself greater than others and not to regard people as insignificant is humility.
➋ Through humility and modesty, a person makes other people his friends and companions, whereas through arrogance and pride, he distances people from himself.
