Hadith 1313

وعن عائشة رضي الله عنها قالت : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم : « أبغض الرجال إلى الله الألد الخصم» أخرجه مسلم.
'A’ishah (RAA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “The most despicable amongst people in the sight of Allah is the ruthless argumentative (person).” Related by Muslim.

➊ Intensity and exceeding limits in fighting and quarreling is not the practice of honorable people. This is the practice of those who are the most detested in the sight of Allah.
➋ Both intensity and exceeding limits are forbidden (haram), but one may quarrel within permissible limits to obtain one’s rights.
