Benefits:
➊ Allah, the Exalted, does not wrong anyone:
In this hadith, Allah, the Exalted, has said that He has made it forbidden upon Himself to wrong anyone.
In the Noble Qur’an, it is stated:
«وَلَا يَظْلِمُ رَبُّكَ أَحَدًا» [18-الكهف:49 ]
“And your Lord does not wrong anyone.”
And it is also stated:
«وَمَا أَنَا بِظَلَّامٍ لِّلْعَبِيدِ» [50-ق:29]
“And I am not at all unjust to the servants.”
➋ Does Allah, the Exalted, (we seek refuge with Allah) commit a little injustice?
Sometimes this question arises that Allah, the Exalted, has said that He is not “zallam”—that is, “not excessively unjust”—to the servants, so does this imply that He could commit a little injustice? The answer to this is that this is not correct. Because Allah, the Exalted, has said:
«وَمَا اللَّـهُ يُرِيدُ ظُلْمًا لِّلْعَالَمِينَ» [3-آل عمران:108]
“Allah, the Exalted, does not even intend injustice to the inhabitants of the worlds.”
The wisdom in negating “zallam” (excessive injustice) is that when Allah, the Exalted, does not even intend the slightest injustice, then how could He be unjust? Let alone being “zallam” (excessively unjust)? For the definition and further explanation of injustice (zulm), see: Hadith (1397/3) of Bulugh al-Maram.

Explanation:
➊ This is a Hadith Qudsi.
A Hadith Qudsi is one whose meaning and purport is from Allah, the Lord of Might and Majesty, and the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) conveyed it in his own words, but it contains attribution to Allah Ta’ala.
➋ According to this hadith, there is no concession whatsoever for the oppressor.
And the style of expression is such that: when I (Allah) do not commit oppression, then you too must refrain from oppressing one another.
Oppression (zulm), both rationally and textually, is an evil deed, regarding which the verdict is: ﴿ وَ قَدْ خَابَ مَنْ حَمَلَ ظُلْمًا ﴾ (Ta-Ha 20:111) “And indeed, he has failed who carries oppression.”
Therefore, the oppressor has neither this world nor the Hereafter; he will remain in utter loss.
