Narrated Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (RA): The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "No (religious) journey is to be undertaken except to (pray in) the three mosques: The Sacred Mosque (Makkah), the Aqsa Mosque (Jerusalem), and this Mosque of mine (al-Madinah)." [Agreed upon, and the wording is al-Bukhari's].

Explanation:
➊ This hadith has already been mentioned at the end of the chapter on i'tikaf (spiritual retreat).
The likely reason for bringing it again here is to emphasize that, for vows (nadhar), no place should be specified or designated except for these three sacred sites.
(Sabil al-Salam)
➋ This also indicates that making a vow to travel to these three mosques is permissible, but not to any other place.
And Allah knows best.
