Takhrij:
«أخرجه النسائي، البيعة، باب ذكر الاختلاف في انقطاع الهجرة، حديث:4177، وابن حبان (الإحسان):7 /179، حديث:4846.»©Explanation:
➊ The meaning of the previous ahadith is that, at the beginning of Islam, since the number of Muslims was very small and the objective was to strengthen and empower the center of Madinah Munawwarah, this objective could not be achieved without migration (hijrah), and it was extremely difficult and challenging. Therefore, migration was obligatory (fard) for every Muslim. There is an indication of this in the hadith of Jarir radi Allahu anhu. Then a time came when Makkah was conquered, and after that, various tribes began to enter the fold of Islam one after another, and the Islamic state expanded. Thus, the command to migrate to Madinah was abrogated, as is mentioned in the narration of Ibn Abbas radi Allahu anhuma.

➋ Now, the nature of the issue is such that if a person finds it difficult to live according to Islam in the land of disbelief (dar al-kufr), then migration (hijrah) to the land of Islam (dar al-Islam) is still obligatory (fard) for him.

➌ From the hadith of Ibn Sa'di radi Allahu anhu, it is understood that although the command to migrate to Madinah Tayyibah was abrogated after the conquest of Makkah, the command to migrate from the land of disbelief (dar al-kufr) to the land of Islam (dar al-Islam) still remains.
