كتاب الاعتصام بالكتاب والسنةThe Book of Holding Fast To The Qur’An and The Sunna
بَابُ إِثْمِ مَنْ دَعَا إِلَى ضَلاَلَةٍ أَوْ سَنَّ سُنَّةً سَيِّئَةً:
Chapter. The sin of the person who invites others to an evil deed or establishes a bad tradition.
Hadith 7321
حَدَّثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَيْسَ مِنْ نَفْسٍ تُقْتَلُ ظُلْمًا إِلَّا كَانَ عَلَى ابْنِ آدَمَ الْأَوَّلِ كِفْلٌ مِنْهَا " ، وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ سُفْيَانُ : مِنْ دَمِهَا لِأَنَّهُ أَوَّلُ مَنْ سَنَّ الْقَتْلَ أَوَّلًا .
Narrated `Abdullah: The Prophet said, "None is killed unjustly, but the first son of Adam will have a part of its burden." Sufyan said, "..a part of its blood because he was the first to establish the tradition of murdering"
لِقَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى : وَمِنْ أَوْزَارِ الَّذِينَ يُضِلُّونَهُمْ بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ سورة النحل آية 25 .
In light of the statement of Allah the Exalted «ومن أوزار الذين يضلونهم» etc., that is, Allah the Exalted said (in Surah An-Nahl): "And they will surely bear their own burdens, and burdens along with their burdens, for misleading others without knowledge."
Hadith 7321
لِقَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى : وَمِنْ أَوْزَارِ الَّذِينَ يُضِلُّونَهُمْ بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ سورة النحل آية 25 .
