بَابُ مَا يُنْهَى مِنَ الْخِدَاعِ فِي الْبُيُوعِ:
Chapter. What is forbidden as regards Cheating in bargains.
Hadith 6964
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، " أَنَّ رَجُلًا ذَكَرَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ يُخْدَعُ فِي الْبُيُوعِ ، فَقَالَ : إِذَا بَايَعْتَ فَقُلْ : لَا خِلَابَةَ " .
Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar: A man mentioned to the Prophet that he had always been cheated in bargains. The Prophet said, "Whenever you do bargain, say, 'No cheating.'"
وَقَالَ أَيُّوبُ يُخَادِعُونَ اللَّهَ كَأَنَّمَا يُخَادِعُونَ آدَمِيًّا لَوْ أَتَوْا الْأَمْرَ عِيَانًا كَانَ أَهْوَنَ عَلَيَّ .
And Ayyub said, "Those wretches deceive Allah just as they deceive a man (in buying and selling). If they were to state clearly and openly, 'We will take this much profit,' then this would be easier in our view."
Hadith 6964
وَقَالَ أَيُّوبُ يُخَادِعُونَ اللَّهَ كَأَنَّمَا يُخَادِعُونَ آدَمِيًّا لَوْ أَتَوْا الْأَمْرَ عِيَانًا كَانَ أَهْوَنَ عَلَيَّ .
And Ayyub said, "Those wretches deceive Allah just as they deceive a man (in buying and selling). If they were to state clearly and openly, 'We will take this much profit,' then this would be easier in our view."
