1 بَابٌ في تَرْكِ الْحِيَلِ وَأَنَّ لِكُلِّ امْرِئٍ مَا نَوَى فِي الأَيْمَانِ وَغَيْرِهَا:

Chapter. Avoiding the use of tricks. And everybody will get (the reward) according to his intention in taking oaths and other things.

Chapter. (Tricks) in As-Salat (the prayer).

3 بَابٌ في الزَّكَاةِ وَأَنْ لاَ يُفَرَّقَ بَيْنَ مُجْتَمِعٍ، وَلاَ يُجْمَعَ بَيْنَ مُتَفَرِّقٍ، خَشْيَةَ الصَّدَقَةِ:

Chapter. (Tricks) in Zakat and (the order that) one should neither divide property into various portions nor collected various portions together in order to avoid Zakat.

8 بَابُ مَا يُنْهَى مِنَ الاِحْتِيَالِ لِلْوَلِيِّ فِي الْيَتِيمَةِ الْمَرْغُوبَةِ، وَأَنْ لاَ يُكَمِّلَ صَدَاقَهَا:

Chapter. What is forbidden as regards the playing of tricks by the guardian of an attractive orphan-girl, and he does not pay her, her full Mahr.

Chapter. If somebody kidnaps a slave-girl and then claims that she is dead.

Chapter. What is hated regarding the trick by a woman with her husband and the other wives of her husband and what was revealed to the Prophet in this respect.

Chapter. What is hated as regards playing tricks to run from the disease of plague.
