بَابُ كَفَّارَاتِ الأَيْمَانِ:

(1) Chapter. The Statement of Allah: “(Then for the) expiation (of a deliberate oath) feed ten Masakin (poor persons)…"

بَابُ قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: {قَدْ فَرَضَ اللَّهُ لَكُمْ تَحِلَّةَ أَيْمَانِكُمْ وَاللَّهُ مَوْلاَكُمْ وَهْوَ الْعَلِيمُ الْحَكِيمُ} :

(2) Chapter. When is expiation due or obligatory upon the rich and the poor? And the Statement of Allah: "Allah has already ordained fro you (O men) the dissolution of your oaths. And Allah is your Maula (Lord, Master, Protector) and He is the All-Knower, the All-Wise." (V.66:2)

بَابُ مَنْ أَعَانَ الْمُعْسِرَ فِي الْكَفَّارَةِ:

(3) Chapter. The man who helped another person in difficult circumstances to make an expiation (for the latter’s fault).

بَابُ يُعْطِي فِي الْكَفَّارَةِ عَشَرَةَ مَسَاكِينَ، قَرِيبًا كَانَ أَوْ بَعِيدًا:

(4) Chapter. For expiation (of one’s oath) one should feed ten poor persons no matter whether they are relatives or not.

بَابُ صَاعِ الْمَدِينَةِ:

(5) Chapter. The Sa (measuring unit) of Al-Madina.

بَابُ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى: {أَوْ تَحْرِيرُ رَقَبَةٍ} ، وَأَيُّ الرِّقَابِ أَزْكَى؟

(6) Chapter. The Statement of Allah: “...Or manumit a slave...” (V.5:89) And the manumission of what sort of slave is best?

بَابُ عِتْقِ الْمُدَبَّرِ وَأُمِّ الْوَلَدِ وَالْمُكَاتَبِ فِي الْكَفَّارَةِ، وَعِتْقِ وَلَدِ الزِّنَا:

(7) Chapter. What is said about the manumission of Mudabbar, and Umm Walad and a Mukatab for expiation; and the manumission of a bastard.

بَابُ إِذَا أَعْتَقَ فِي الْكَفَّارَةِ لِمَنْ يَكُونُ وَلاَؤُهُ؟

(8) Chapter. If somebody manumits a slave for expiation (for dissolving oaths etc.), (then) for whom will the slave’s Wala be?

بَابُ الاِسْتِثْنَاءِ فِي الأَيْمَانِ:

(9) Chapter. To say: “In sha Allah” (If Allah will) while taking an oath.
