كتاب الاستئذانThe Book of Asking Permission
بَابُ لاَ يُقِيمُ الرَّجُلُ الرَّجُلَ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ:
Chapter. A man should not make another get up from his (the latter’s) seat.
Hadith 6269
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لَا يُقِيمُ الرَّجُلُ الرَّجُلَ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ ، ثُمَّ يَجْلِسُ فِيهِ " .
Narrated Ibn `Umar: The Prophet said, "A man should not make another man get up from his (the latter's) seat (in a gathering) in order to sit there.
