بَابُ الْخَدَمِ لِلْمَسْجِدِ:
Chapter. Servants for the mosque.
Hadith 460
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ وَاقِدٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، " أَنَّ امْرَأَةً أَوْ رَجُلًا كَانَتْ تَقُمُّ الْمَسْجِدَ وَلَا أُرَاهُ إِلَّا امْرَأَةً ، فَذَكَرَ حَدِيثَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ صَلَّى عَلَى قَبْرِهَا " .
Narrated Abu Rafi: Abu Huraira said, "A man or a woman used to clean the mosque." (A sub-narrator said, 'Most probably a woman..') Then he narrated the Hadith of the Prophet
وَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ : نَذَرْتُ لَكَ مَا فِي بَطْنِي مُحَرَّرًا لِلْمَسْجِدِ يَخْدُمُهَا .
Abdullah ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said regarding (this verse of the Quran) «نذرت لك ما في بطني محررا» "Whatever is in my womb, O Allah! I have vowed to dedicate it to You as free (from worldly duties)." He said that she had vowed to dedicate (the child) to the service of the mosque, that (the child) would serve it for life.
Hadith 460
وَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ : نَذَرْتُ لَكَ مَا فِي بَطْنِي مُحَرَّرًا لِلْمَسْجِدِ يَخْدُمُهَا .
