بَابُ تَحْرِيمِ تِجَارَةِ الْخَمْرِ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ:

(73) Chapter. The order of banning the trade of alcoholic drinks was issued in the mosque.

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ ، عَنْ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : " لَمَّا أُنْزِلَتِ الْآيَاتُ مِنْ سُورَةِ الْبَقَرَةِ فِي الرِّبَا ، خَرَجَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ فَقَرَأَهُنَّ عَلَى النَّاسِ ، ثُمَّ حَرَّمَ تِجَارَةَ الْخَمْرِ " .
Narrated `Aisha: When the verses of Surat "Al-Baqara"' about the usury Riba were revealed, the Prophet went to the mosque and recited them in front of the people and then banned the trade of alcohol.
