بَابُ بَرَكَةِ النَّخْلِ:
(46) Chapter. The goodness of the date-palm tree.
Hadith 5448
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ طَلْحَةَ ، عَنْ زُبَيْدٍ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " إِنَّ مِنَ الشَّجَرِ شَجَرَةً تَكُونُ مِثْلَ الْمُسْلِمِ وَهِيَ النَّخْلَةُ " .
Narrated Ibn `Umar: The Prophet said, "There is a tree among the trees which is similar to a Muslim (in goodness), and that is the date palm tree."
