بَابُ إِلَى مَنْ يَنْكِحُ:
Chapter. What type of women should one seek in marriage?
Hadith 5082
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزِّنَادِ ، عَنْ الْأَعْرَجِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " خَيْرُ نِسَاءٍ رَكِبْنَ الْإِبِلَ صَالِحُ نِسَاءِ قُرَيْشٍ ، أَحْنَاهُ عَلَى وَلَدٍ فِي صِغَرِهِ ، وَأَرْعَاهُ عَلَى زَوْجٍ فِي ذَاتِ يَدِهِ " .
Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, "The best women are the riders of the camels and the righteous among the women of Quraish. They are the kindest women to their children in their childhood and the more careful women of the property of their husbands."
وَأَيُّ النِّسَاءِ خَيْرٌ، وَمَا يُسْتَحَبُّ أَنْ يَتَخَيَّرَ لِنُطَفِهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ إِيجَابٍ.
And which woman is better, and it is better for a man to marry a good woman for his offspring, but it is not obligatory.
Hadith 5082
وَأَيُّ النِّسَاءِ خَيْرٌ، وَمَا يُسْتَحَبُّ أَنْ يَتَخَيَّرَ لِنُطَفِهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ إِيجَابٍ.
