بَابُ قَوْلِهِ: {وَلَوْلاَ فَضْلُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَتُهُ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالآخِرَةِ لَمَسَّكُمْ فِيمَا أَفَضْتُمْ فِيهِ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ} :
Chapter. The Statement of Allah: “Had it not been for the Grace of Allah and His Mercy unto you in this world and in the Hereafter, a great torment would have touched you for that whereof you had spoken.” (V.24:14)
Hadith 4751
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ ، عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ ، عَنْ أُمِّ رُومَانَ أُمِّ عَائِشَةَ ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ : " لَمَّا رُمِيَتْ عَائِشَةُ خَرَّتْ مَغْشِيًّا عَلَيْهَا " .
Narrated Um Ruman: Aisha's mother, When `Aisha was accused, she fell down Unconscious.
وَقَالَ مُجَاهِدٌ : تَلَقَّوْنَهُ : يَرْوِيهِ بَعْضُكُمْ عَنْ بَعْضٍ ، تُفِيضُونَ : تَقُولُونَ .
Mujahid said that the meaning of «تلقونه» is that you began to transmit this matter to each other face to face. The word «تفيضون» (which is in Surah Yunus) is in the meaning of «تقولون», its meaning is "you used to say."
Hadith 4751
وَقَالَ مُجَاهِدٌ : تَلَقَّوْنَهُ : يَرْوِيهِ بَعْضُكُمْ عَنْ بَعْضٍ ، تُفِيضُونَ : تَقُولُونَ .
