بَابُ الشَّاةِ الَّتِي سُمَّتْ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِخَيْبَرَ:
Chapter. The sheep which was poisoned (and presented) to the Prophet at Khaibar.
Hadith 4249
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ ، حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : " لَمَّا فُتِحَتْ خَيْبَرُ أُهْدِيَتْ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ شَاةٌ فِيهَا سُمٌّ " .
Narrated Abu Huraira: When Khaibar was conquered, a (cooked) sheep containing poison, was given as a present to Allah's Apostle.
رَوَاهُ عُرْوَةُ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ .
Urwah narrated it from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), and she narrated it from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).
Hadith 4249
