بَابُ: {فَلَمَّا جَاءَ آلَ لُوطٍ الْمُرْسَلُونَ قَالَ إِنَّكُمْ قَوْمٌ مُنْكَرُونَ} :
Chapter. “Then, when the messengers (the angels) came unto the family of Lout, he said, ’Verily you are people unknown to me.’ ” (V.15:61,62)
Hadith 3376
حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : قَرَأَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ 0 فَهَلْ مِنْ مُدَّكِرٍ 0 " .
Narrated `Abdullah: The Prophet recited:-- 'Hal-min-Muddakir' (54.15) (Is there any that will remember) (and avoid evil).
{بِرُكْنِهِ} بِمَنْ مَعَهُ لأَنَّهُمْ قُوَّتُهُ {تَرْكَنُوا} تَمِيلُوا فَأَنْكَرَهُمْ وَنَكِرَهُمْ وَاسْتَنْكَرَهُمْ وَاحِدٌ {يُهْرَعُونَ} يُسْرِعُونَ، دَابِرٌ آخِرٌ. صَيْحَةٌ هَلَكَةٌ {لِلْمُتَوَسِّمِينَ} لِلنَّاظِرِينَ. {لَبِسَبِيلٍ} لَبِطَرِيقٍ.
(In Surah adh-Dhariyat) in the mention of Musa (peace be upon him), «بركنه» refers to those people who were with Pharaoh because they were his strength (In Surah Hud) «ولا تركنوا» means "do not incline" (In Surah Hud) «أنكرهم», «نكرهم», and «استنكرهم» all have the same meaning (In Surah Hud) «يهرعون» means "they run" (In Surah al-Hijr) «دابر» means "the last moment" (In Surah al-Hijr) «صيحة» means "destruction" (In Surah al-Hijr) «للمتوسمين» means "for those who see" (In Surah al-Hijr) «لبسبيل» means "of the road" (i.e., on the road).
