بَابُ مَنْ غَزَا وَهُوَ حَدِيثُ عَهْدٍ بِعُرْسِهِ:
Chapter. The participation in Jihad by one who has recently married.
Hadith 2968
فِيهِ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ .
There is a narration from Abu Huraira, may Allah be pleased with him, regarding this, on the authority of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، حَدَّثَنِي قَتَادَةُ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : كَانَ بِالْمَدِينَةِ فَزَعٌ فَرَكِبَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَرَسًا لِأَبِي طَلْحَةَ ، فَقَالَ : " مَا رَأَيْنَا مِنْ شَيْءٍ وَإِنْ وَجَدْنَاهُ لَبَحْرًا " .
Narrated Anas bin Malik: Once there was a feeling of fright at Medina, so Allah's Apostle rode a horse belonging to Abu Talha and (on his return) he said, "We have not seen anything (fearful), but we found this horse very fast."
فِيهِ جَابِرٌ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ .
In this chapter, there is the narration of Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) on the authority of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) (as mentioned).
