2بَابُ الْقَلِيلِ مِنَ الْهِبَةِ:

3بَابُ مَنِ اسْتَوْهَبَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ شَيْئًا:
(3) Chapter. Whoever asks his friends to grant him a gift.
4بَابُ مَنِ اسْتَسْقَى:
(4) Chapter. Whoever asks others to give him water.
5بَابُ قَبُولِ هَدِيَّةِ الصَّيْدِ:

8بَابُ مَنْ أَهْدَى إِلَى صَاحِبِهِ وَتَحَرَّى بَعْضَ نِسَائِهِ دُونَ بَعْضٍ:
(8) Chapter. Whosoever gave a gift to his friend and chose (the time) when he was at the home of some of his wives and did not give it to him, while he was in the homes of his other wives.
9بَابُ مَا لاَ يُرَدُّ مِنَ الْهَدِيَّةِ:
(9) Chapter. What sort of presents (gift) should not be rejected.
10بَابُ مَنْ رَأَى الْهِبَةَ الْغَائِبَةَ جَائِزَةً:
(10) Chapter. Whoever thinks that it is permissibe to give as a gift, something not present.
11بَابُ الْمُكَافَأَةِ فِي الْهِبَةِ:
(11) Chapter. Compensation for a gift.
12بَابُ الْهِبَةِ لِلْوَلَدِ:
(12) Chapter. Giving gifts to one’s sons.
13بَابُ الإِشْهَادِ فِي الْهِبَةِ:

14بَابُ هِبَةِ الرَّجُلِ لاِمْرَأَتِهِ وَالْمَرْأَةِ لِزَوْجِهَا:
(14) Chapter. Giving gifts by a husband to his wife, and by a wife to her husband.
15بَابُ هِبَةِ الْمَرْأَةِ لِغَيْرِ زَوْجِهَا:
(15) Chapter. It is permissible for a women to giving gifts to somebody other than her husband.
16بَابُ بِمَنْ يُبْدَأُ بِالْهَدِيَّةِ:
(16) Chapter. Who is to be given the gift first?
17بَابُ مَنْ لَمْ يَقْبَلِ الْهَدِيَّةَ لِعِلَّةٍ:
(17) Chapter. Whoever refused to accept a present for a certain reason.
18بَابُ إِذَا وَهَبَ هِبَةً أَوْ وَعَدَ ثُمَّ مَاتَ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَصِلَ إِلَيْهِ:
(18) Chapter. If somebody gives somebody else a present, or promises to give him a present, and one of them dies before the gift reaches the other person.
19بَابُ كَيْفَ يُقْبَضُ الْعَبْدُ وَالْمَتَاعُ:
(19) Chapter. How to take over the slave and property (given as gift)?
20بَابُ إِذَا وَهَبَ هِبَةً فَقَبَضَهَا الآخَرُ، وَلَمْ يَقُلْ قَبِلْتُ:
(20) Chapter. When someone gives something (as a gift) to another person and the receiver takes it into his possession without saying, "I have accepted it."
21بَابُ إِذَا وَهَبَ دَيْنًا عَلَى رَجُلٍ:
(21) Chapter. If a creditor gives the debt, due to him, as a gift.
22بَابُ هِبَةِ الْوَاحِدِ لِلْجَمَاعَةِ:
(22) Chapter. The giving of a gift by one person to a group.
23بَابُ الْهِبَةِ الْمَقْبُوضَةِ وَغَيْرِ الْمَقْبُوضَةِ، وَالْمَقْسُومَةِ وَغَيْرِ الْمَقْسُومَةِ:
(23) Chapter. The received and unreceived gifts, and the divided and undivided gifts.
24بَابُ إِذَا وَهَبَ جَمَاعَةٌ لِقَوْمٍ:
(24) Chapter. If a group of persons gives a gift to some people.
25بَابُ مَنْ أُهْدِيَ لَهُ هَدِيَّةٌ وَعِنْدَهُ جُلَسَاؤُهُ فَهْوَ أَحَقُّ:
(25) Chapter. Whosoever is given a gift while some people are sitting with him, he only has the right to have it.
26بَابُ إِذَا وَهَبَ بَعِيرًا لِرَجُلٍ وَهْوَ رَاكِبُهُ، فَهُوَ جَائِزٌ:
(26) Chapter. If someone gives a camel as a gift to a man riding it, then the deed is valid.
27بَابُ هَدِيَّةِ مَا يُكْرَهُ لُبْسُهَا:
(27) Chapter. The presenting of a gift of clothes, wearing of which is disliked.
28بَابُ قَبُولِ الْهَدِيَّةِ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ:
(28) Chapter. The acceptance of presents from Al-Mushrikun (polytheists, idolaters, pagans).
29بَابُ الْهَدِيَّةِ لِلْمُشْرِكِينَ:
(29) Chapter. Giving presents to AI-Mushrikun (polytheists, idolaters, pagans).
30بَابُ لاَ يَحِلُّ لأَحَدٍ أَنْ يَرْجِعَ فِي هِبَتِهِ وَصَدَقَتِهِ:
(30) Chapter. It is not legal for anyone to take back his presents or Sadaqa (things given in charity).

32بَابُ مَا قِيلَ فِي الْعُمْرَى وَالرُّقْبَى:
(32) Chapter. What is said about the Umra and Ruqba.
33بَابُ مَنِ اسْتَعَارَ مِنَ النَّاسِ الْفَرَسَ:
(33) Chapter. Borrowing a horse from some people.
34بَابُ الاِسْتِعَارَةِ لِلْعَرُوسِ عِنْدَ الْبِنَاءِ:
(34) Chapter. To borrow something for the bride at the time of her wedding.
35بَابُ فَضْلِ الْمَنِيحَةِ:
(35) Chapter. The superiority of the Maniha, i.e., a milch she-camel or a sheep lent to somebody to use its milk and return it to its owner afterwards.
36بَابُ إِذَا قَالَ أَخْدَمْتُكَ هَذِهِ الْجَارِيَةَ عَلَى مَا يَتَعَارَفُ النَّاسُ. فَهْوَ جَائِزٌ:
(36) Chapter. It is permissible if somebody says, “I give this slave-girl to you for your service according to the prevalent convention known amongst the people."
37بَابُ إِذَا حَمَلَ رَجُلٌ عَلَى فَرَسٍ فَهْوَ كَالْعُمْرَى وَالصَّدَقَةِ:
(37) Chapter. If somebody gives another person a horse (as a gift) then the rule is the same as that concerning the Umra or Sadaqa (i.e., the giver has no right to claim restitution).
